CMBH Clinical Research is building a national network of independent, physician-led research sites, supported by established technical CRO expertise. We are based in Southern California.
Our purpose
Opening a practical path into clinical research
Clinical research depends on experienced investigators and well-run sites, yet many capable physicians in independent practice have no practical way to take part.
CMBH works to change that. We help qualified physicians and practices become research-ready, and we help sponsors and research organizations reach them through one coordinated network. Every study is still run by its investigator of record under the sponsor's protocol and the approvals the study requires.

Independent CRO and technical partner. Provides methodology, regulatory, operations, statistics and data services as specifically contracted.

Good Clinical Practice
Studies are conducted under ICH GCP and applicable FDA regulations, with fit-for-purpose, risk-based quality management.
IRB-approved recruitment
Study-specific recruitment materials are used only after the responsible IRB or ethics committee approves them.
Informed consent is a process
Consent is handled by the study team, never through this website. We do not collect medical information on this site.
Fair market value
Payments follow written agreements at fair market value for work performed, with financial-conflict review, and nothing is paid for patient referrals.
Privacy and data protection
We collect only what you choose to give us, keep it only as needed, and review privacy and health-data requirements before any patient information is collected.
Accurate claims
We describe our work, partners and plans as they are. We make no guarantees of enrollment, eligibility or outcomes.
